With over three decades in real estate construction and project management, I’ve had the privilege of overseeing a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. In the past my team has focused on acquiring, renovating, and transforming properties, managing even the most intricate undertakings from concept to completion. Now our goal is to help others achieve the same.

We’ve worked on more than 100 builds and renovations, from single-family homes to large-scale commercial properties. Notable highlights include a $3.5 million custom home in Glenview, Illinois, completed in 2002, and an $8.5 million luxury property in Casey Key, Florida, completed in 2007. In Siesta Key, we renovated 1280 Dolphin Bay Way, adding strategic upgrades to maximize its value before it was sold. We’ve also managed and improved vacation rentals in Siesta Key, enhancing their appeal and profitability. Additional standout projects include a full rehab of a three-unit building at 1928 W Barry in Chicago, with over $500,000 in improvements, and a recent $2 million renovation in Barrington Hills that encompassed the main residence, barns, landscaping, and extensive hardscaping.

Our family trust and LLC projects have ranged from full-scale makeovers to targeted upgrades. These include renovating a condo at 777 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago and revitalizing a property in Barrington Hills with extensive work on the home, barns, and landscaping. Each project has been an opportunity to combine creative problem-solving with practical execution.

On the commercial side, we’ve reimagined office buildings and prepared properties for tenant use. At 318 West Adams in Chicago, I spearheaded the overhaul of a 19-story office building, ensuring it met modern standards while serving as Condo Association President. Similarly, at 2614 Patriot Boulevard in Glenview, we handled tenant improvements and coordinated sales to medical practices.

Breathing new life into neglected spaces has always been a goal of mine. One memorable project was the Old Dixie Square Mall, where we crafted a comprehensive plan to repurpose the 180-acre property for mixed-use purposes. While municipal funding challenges posed obstacles, the process demonstrated our commitment to creative solutions for underutilized properties.

As a licensed Master General Contractor, I’ve gradually stepped back from day-to-day site supervision and direct property management. These responsibilities are now in the capable hands of our senior managers and supervisors. My focus is more centralized, overseeing project logistics, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring seamless execution either onsite or from our office. From organizing skilled trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural work to managing compliance and budgets, I prioritize efficiency and accuracy. Our extensive network of architects, consultants, and specialists ensures every project runs smoothly, from navigating permits to meeting zoning requirements. I’m just a phone call away.
